VISION · 2025—2035

Building the strategic map of Québec for the coming decade.

Québec2035 is an independent strategic-intelligence initiative tracking the transformations reshaping Québec — infrastructure, energy, mining, transport, industry and investments.

01 — MISSION

Why Québec2035 exists

Over the next decade, hundreds of billions of dollars will flow into the Québec territory. These projects, spread across dozens of public and private actors, are rarely read together.

Québec2035 was created to map, track and analyse these transformations through a single strategic lens — territorial, cross-cutting and long-range.

02 — METHODOLOGY

How we work

Our approach rests on three pillars: systematic monitoring of public sources, mapping of structural projects by region and axis, and strategic analysis of their interactions.

Content published on Québec2035 aims at clarity, precision and perspective — without activism, without commercial dependence.

03 — STRATEGIC SCOPE

What we cover

Six axes structure our intelligence: energy, mining and critical metals, infrastructure, transport and logistics, regional development, and strategic investment.

Seven key regions are tracked as a priority, from Nunavik to Greater Montréal, including the Côte-Nord, Saguenay, Capitale-Nationale, Bécancour and Abitibi.

04 — WHY 2025—2035

A decisive window

Decarbonisation, critical metals, reindustrialisation, energy sovereignty, the reshaping of North American supply chains: the current decade concentrates decisions that will commit Québec for fifty years.

The 2035 horizon is not a projection — it is the delivery date of major projects already announced, and the threshold at which their territorial footprint becomes visible.

05 — ROADMAP

What comes next

Current phase: strategic publications, mapping of regions and intelligence axes, build-out of the contributor network.

Coming up: public database of structural projects, organisation profiles, in-depth regional dossiers, interactive territorial reading tools.
