Bégin-Lamarche Project
Igneous phosphate project in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. A 2026 resource and 2024 PEA are public; feasibility, engineering and demonstration of LFP-oriented concentrate remain development work.
Port of Baie-Comeau Terminal 5
Multi-use, multimodal wharf reconstruction project. The BAPE public information period ended on August 7, 2026; authorization, tenders and construction remain proponent-projected milestones.
PPAW2 Wind Farm
291.4 MW wind project in the Témiscouata and Rivière-du-Loup RCMs. The BAPE public hearing is underway; 2027 construction and 2029 service are proponent objectives.
Crater Lake Project
Scandium project in Nunavik, currently accessible by aircraft or helicopter. Resources are public and a pre-feasibility study is being prepared; road access, power, permits, binding markets and construction financing remain to be demonstrated.
